Work Samples

Section 05
SOP Agreement
Read and confirm each clause. These are non-negotiable and legally binding.
Response Time — Mandatory
I will respond to all project-related messages within 2 hours, 9 AM – 9 PM, every working day. Failure to respond is treated as project abandonment.
Project Confirmation — Binding
Once I reply "Confirmed" to a project brief, I am fully committed. Backing out after confirmation without 12-hour notice is a breach of this agreement.
Deadline Adherence — Non-Negotiable
I will deliver at least 24 hours before the internal deadline given to me. Missing deadlines without prior notice results in immediate removal from the editor pool.
Client Identity — Strictly Confidential
I will never contact, identify, or attempt to solicit any Gaurify client directly. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract and I accept full legal liability for any damages caused.
Revision Policy — No Complaints
I accept up to 2 revision rounds as part of the agreed rate. I will not renegotiate payment after accepting a project brief, under any circumstances.
Zero Ghosting — Legal Consequences
Abandoning a confirmed project without communication is a breach of this agreement. Gaurify reserves the right to pursue recovery of any client-facing losses caused by my ghosting through legal means.
No Unauthorised Portfolio Use
I will not post, share, or publish any client footage or delivered work anywhere — including my own portfolio — without explicit written permission from Gaurify Productions.
Full Accountability
I understand that Gaurify Productions holds full delivery responsibility to clients. Any negligence, delay, or misconduct on my part that causes client loss makes me personally liable to Gaurify for the resulting damages.

This is a legally binding agreement. Ghosting a confirmed project exposes you to legal action for client damages. 2 late deliveries = removed from pool. Quality failures = immediate review and possible removal.
